Address Update Login

If, for future reference and mailings from the Court or the Parties, you wish to change the name or address listed on the envelope in which the Notice was first mailed to you, then you must advise the Settlement Administrator of the necessary changes.

To start your online Address Update Form, you must login with your Unique Class Member ID and PIN. You can find your ID and PIN on the Notice you received. If you misplaced your Notice, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@CTMEBootCampSettlement.com or (833) 417-4953. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
