Your Legal Rights and Options in this Settlement
If You Do Nothing	You will remain in the Class. You will release the Released Claims. Following final approval of the Settlement, you will receive payment for the Released Claims automatically by check.
Exclude Yourself from the Settlement	If you submit a valid Opt-out Request to exclude yourself as a Class Member, you will not receive payment for the Released Claims and you will not release the Released Claims.
Object to the Settlement	You can object to the Settlement and tell the Court and the parties any issues you have with the Settlement. By objecting, you stay in the Class.
